We encourage you to share your real experiences, challenges, and questions. Vulnerability builds trust. If you're struggling, say so. If you've found something helpful, explain how it worked for you in context.
2. Respect Diverse Approaches
Different bodies respond to different approaches. What works for one person may not work for another. We discuss evidence while honoring individual variation. Disagreement on methods is welcome; disrespect is not.
3. Focus on Information, Not Judgment
When discussing nutrition and wellness choices, focus on the information behind decisions, not the person making them. "That approach didn't work for me because…" is different from "You're doing it wrong."
4. Support Without Overpromising
Peer support is powerful, but we're not healthcare professionals. Encourage members to consult relevant professionals for specific health concerns. Share what helped you while acknowledging individual differences.
5. Keep Discussions Evidence-Informed
Support your points with credible sources when possible. If you're sharing research, include the study or source. Anecdotal experience is valid, but distinguish it from established findings. Questions are encouraged—they help everyone learn.
6. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality
What members share in our community stays in our community. Don't screenshot conversations or share someone's personal details outside without permission. This builds the trust necessary for honest dialogue.
7. No Spam, Sales, or Unsolicited Promotion
We're here to learn and support each other, not to be sold to. Sharing resources is fine; pitching products or services is not. If you have a business interest, contact our editorial team instead.
